Return: You can request a product return within 24 hours of receiving the order. The item must be in its original condition and unused, with all packaging and the invoice. Return fee: 44 Saudi Riyals deducted from the refunded amount. This includes shipping fees. The amount will be refunded after deducting the return fee and according to the original payment method within 5 working days. Replacement: You can request a product replacement within 48 hours of receiving the order. The item must be intact and in its original condition, with all packaging and the invoice. Replacement fee: 54 Saudi Riyals, including delivery and replacement. The replacement item will be sent after receiving and inspecting the original product. Replacement is only once, and afterwards, neither replacement nor return will be accepted. Important notes: The return and replacement policy does not include discounted products or products purchased during promotional offers unless otherwise stated. The store reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement request if the above conditions are not met. If an order of 999 or more is placed and a 15% discount code is used, and the customer wishes to return part of the items, the non-returned items will be charged at the regular 10% discount, and the customer will bear the shipping fees for both ways. After the policy is issued by Milaf Store, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest SMSA branch.
